At the AROSEA Life Balance Hotel you can look forward to a breakfast buffet offering a rich variety of foods, for dinner a tantalizing Life Balance menu, a vegetarian menu and a gourmet meal, plus a salad bar and cheese buffet. Fresh and dry fruits, refreshing Grander Water and herbal teas are available free of charge in the afternoon (2 pm – 5 pm).

Next to the hotel: Apartments in the Theistadl**** nature residence.

• Arrival/Departure: On the day of arrival the rooms are ready from 2 pm Please vacate the room by 11 am on the day of departure. Please inform us if you arrive after 6 pm
• We recommend that you book your beauty treatments in the "ROSARIUM" at the same time as you book your hotel room, so we can cater for your needs.
• Cosy bathrobe and slippers with felt bag at your disposal for the entire journey for free.
• 11 € is deducted from the half board rate for bed and breakfast.
• You can bring your dog with you. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, "Stube" rooms and the wellness and beauty area. Thank you for your understanding. The charge for dogs is 20 € per day without food. Please bring your own blanket or basket.
• We accept payment by cash and Eurocard, Visa, Mastercard, ATM and American Express (Diners Club is not accepted) and Bancomat.
• Single occupancy of a double room is possible. Feel free to request a price.
• Bookings are considered firmed after you receive a written confirmation by fax, e-mail or mail from the AROSEA Life Balance hotel. A deposit of € 200,00 per person is required. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer or via the "Click to pay" button on our homepage.

Travel Cancellation Insurance

And what if everything doesn't turn out as planned and you can't go on holidays? Insurance protects you at least from costs arising for a holiday that you can't take.
We therefore recommend our travel cancellation insurance.



If you have no travel cancellation insurance the following conditions apply:

• For a cancellation of up to 8 weeks prior to your date of arrival we refund your deposit minus a handling fee of 20.00 €.
• From 8 weeks prior to your date of arrival the deposit will not be refunded.
• For cancellations 4 weeks prior to your date of arrival 80%, and 2 weeks prior to your arrival 100% of the entire period booked will be charged.
• In case of late arrival or early departure the entire period booked will be charged.
