The AROSEA Life Balance Hotel is located in the immediate vicinity of the Schwemmalm ski resort (only 400 m from the hotel) with new cable car facilities opened in 2009.

The cable cars can also be reached with our Shuttle Bus. You can easily reach the 25 km of slopes at the Schwemmalm ski resort, which are ideal for all levels of difficulty.

Snowboard, cross-country skiing, and carving surrounded by splendid nature and the wonderful landscape of snowed-in mountains. The "Bärenhöhle" (bears’ cave) ski kindergarten offers plenty of fun and entertainment for children. Also the beginners’ slope in the immediate vicinity of the hotel is ideal for children.
